Hot Water When You Need It
Nothing ruins a morning like a cold shower. When your water heater stops working, you want it fixed fast. We repair and install all types — tank and tankless, gas and electric.
Tank Water Heaters
The traditional setup: a tank keeps 40-80 gallons hot and ready. Simple, reliable, and relatively affordable to replace. Common issues include failing heating elements, bad thermostats, sediment buildup, and tank corrosion.
Tankless Water Heaters
Heat water on demand rather than storing it. Higher upfront cost but longer lifespan and lower operating costs. Great for homes that use lots of hot water or want to reclaim tank space.
Gas vs Electric
Gas heaters cost more to install but less to run. Electric heaters are simpler and don't need venting. If you're replacing, sticking with the same fuel type is usually easiest.
